These Terms of Service govern your use of menozi.com and any purchase you make from Menozi, operated by PERELLO LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

“Menozi”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PERELLO LLC, 14821 Blue Mound Rd, Haslet, TX 76052, USA. “You” means the person placing an order or using this website. “Website” means menozi.com. “Products” means the fire pits, patio heaters and garage storage equipment offered in our shop.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable adjustments shown at checkout. We may correct errors, change prices or update product information at any time before you order. All products are sold brand new.

4. Orders, contract formation and cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation for the products ordered; the order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error – in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

5. Payment and title

We accept VISA,MASTER CARD,AMEX,APPLE PAY,GOOGLE PAY. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processor. See our Payment Policy for details.

Title to the products passes to you on delivery, once payment has been received in full. Risk of loss or damage also passes on delivery, except where an item is damaged in transit – see our Shipping Policy for how transit damage is handled.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, timeframes and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which offers a voluntary 30-day return window.

8. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery as described in our Refund & Return Policy. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable US federal or state consumer law.

9. Your responsibility and safe use of the equipment

Fire, gas and heavy steel products need care. You are responsible for assembling, installing and using products safely and in line with the instruction manual supplied with the item. In particular:

Fire pits and propane patio heaters are for outdoor use only – never operate them indoors, in a garage or in any enclosed space (carbon monoxide is lethal). Keep the clearances to buildings, overhangs and furniture stated in the manual, never leave a fire unattended, and follow local burn rules.
Propane connections must be leak-tested with soapy water before every season and after every tank change, as described in the manual.
The infrared electric heater must be mounted at the minimum height stated in the manual, plugged into a grounded outlet and used only in covered outdoor areas or garages.
Workbenches, tool chests, cabinets, shelving and ceiling racks must be assembled completely, anchored where the manual requires it, and never loaded beyond their rated capacity; ceiling racks must be fixed into structural joists or concrete.

We are not liable for injury or damage caused by installation or use contrary to the instruction manual or applicable codes.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website – text, images, logos and design – is owned by or licensed to PERELLO LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. User content and reviews

If you submit a product review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this website. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, misleading or offensive material; we may decline or remove content that does.

13. Third-party links

This website may link to external sites (for example carrier tracking pages). We are not responsible for the content of external sites and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

14. Privacy

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PERELLO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable state or federal consumer law.
