Billing Terms & Conditions

This page summarises how billing works at Menozi. It supplements our Payment Policy, Terms of Service and Refund & Returns Policy, which remain the governing documents.

Shipping cost: Free to any United States address – nothing is added at checkout except any applicable sales tax
Card data: We never see, handle or store your full card number

2. Encrypted connection (TLS/SSL)

menozi.com is served entirely over HTTPS. Every form on the site – including the checkout – is protected by TLS encryption (the successor to SSL), which scrambles sensitive information such as your address and payment details while it travels between your browser and the payment processor. Your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.

3. PCI compliance

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the information security standard for organisations that handle payment card data. Menozi does not process card data on its own servers: card details are entered into payment fields hosted by Stripe and transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level in the card industry.

4. Payment terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept any other payment method – no PayPal, no bank transfer, no wire, no check, no cash on delivery, and we do not offer financing or leasing.

All prices and figures are listed and charged in USD. Shipping is free to any United States address, including LTL freight on heavy items such as the fire pit table, workbench, tool chest and garage cabinet system. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.

Payment is authorized and taken when you place your order. Your bank statement will show a descriptor containing the Menozi name. We do not collect or store any full payment card information provided by customers.

5. Your payment information

Your card number is not accessible to us. Once your purchase is completed, we only have access to your billing information, shipping information, order details, the card brand and the last four digits of your card number, together with an authorisation reference from Stripe.

6. Refunds and declined payments

Refunds always go back to the card or wallet used for the original payment. Full details, timelines and the 30-day return window are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy. If a payment is declined, the cause is almost always the card issuer – see the Payment Policy for what to do.

7. Privacy

Menozi values your privacy as much as you do. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with anyone. Our Privacy Policy details how your personal information is collected and used. Thank you for shopping with confidence!
